OUR POLICY

Once you begin your treatment with us, this means you have agreed to our terms and policy stated below.

Arrival, Cancellation & Lateness

When you book an appointment at House of Vanity, that appointment time is reserved exclusively to you. We understand that circumstances arises that do not allow you to keep your appointment but we ask you to please be courteous to us and other clients by calling 24hrs prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us, your appointment will automatically be given away. Also, please note if you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the client that has a booking after you.


Nail Aftercare

In the event you chip/break your nails within 7 days, please call or send us a picture via email/ social media and we will fix it free of charge. Outside of this period, there will be a small fee.


Refunds

As we have provided a service, there will be no refunds or redo after you have left the salon. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please make us aware of it before you pay and we will adjust them to your satisfaction.


Rights

We have a right to refuse service to:

  • Anyone that has a nail condition we suspect that might be contagious.

  • Anyone that has an open or infected wound on the treatment area.

  • Anyone that we fear could be harmed by our services.

Disrespect and rudeness will not be tolerated towards House of Vanity staff and we have the right to refuse service to any clients who does so.
